  1. Reach Out

    Call, text, or submit a request. Share a brief description of the issue, the type of RV, and its current location so we can prepare for the visit.

  2. We Come to You

    Mobile service means the shop comes to you — whether you're at home, a campground, or a storage lot. Travel and estimates are free within our standard 35-mile radius.

  3. Diagnosis & Estimate

    Once on site, the issue is traced to its source. A fully-scoped, flat-rate estimate is prepared and presented before any work begins. No hourly clock ticking in the background.

  4. You Approve the Plan

    Work only proceeds after the estimate is reviewed and approved. If hidden damage is discovered during the repair, a supplement is provided for review before moving forward. No surprises.

  5. The Repair

    The job is completed start-to-finish by a single technician. There are no hand-offs and no miscommunication, ensuring the work is done right the first time.

  6. Payment & Warranty

    Every repair is backed by a 90-day labor warranty. Payment can be made by card, check, or cash — cash or check takes 3% off the final bill.

Do you charge for estimates or travel?

The standard: estimates and service calls are free within my 35-mile radius. For jobs outside that radius, a $100 service fee may apply depending on the distance. On rare occasions, I reserve the right to apply a trip charge within the radius as well. If any fee is necessary, I'll always let you know and get your approval before proceeding.

Is pricing flat rate or hourly?

Flat rate. You get a fully-scoped estimate with the price before any work begins. If something unexpected comes up, I'll write up a supplement, have you review it, and get your approval before anything additional happens.

What if you find something unexpected during the repair?

I'll stop, show you what I found, and write up a new supplement to the original estimate. Nothing moves forward until you've seen it and approved. No surprises on the final bill.

Is there a warranty on your work?

Yes — every repair comes with a 90-day labor warranty. If something I fixed acts up, call me and I'll make it right. Parts carry their manufacturer's warranty, and I'll help you navigate any claim.

What payment methods do you accept?

Cash is king, but I also accept checks, cards, and other forms of digital payment. Cash or check takes 3% off the final bill; card payments are at the regular price.

What's your cancellation policy?

Please give me at least 24 hours' notice if you need to cancel or reschedule. Late cancels and no-shows may incur a $50 trip fee — waived for emergencies, severe weather, and other reasonable circumstances. I'll work with you.

Waypoint Mobile RV Repair is based in Cairo, Georgia, and serves Grady County and the surrounding area. Because the service is mobile, we travel to your RV instead of the other way around.

Standard service is fee-free: travel and estimates are free within a 35-mile radius. For locations beyond 35 miles, we're still happy to make the drive, but a $100 travel fee may apply. If any travel fee ever applies to your location, it will always be disclosed and approved before we head your way.
